About
Who is Womxn In The Pines for?
For the woman whose clothes of societal pressures no longer fit. For the woman tired of suppressing herself to meet the standards put on her by others. For the woman longing for more - ready to dive deep, stir up her soul, & walk in her full power. For the woman done believing she is weaker & second to man. For the woman ready to explore her feminine strength & the feminine side of the Divine.
Womxn In The Pines is a resource and community for women to grow & strengthen their bonds to themselves, the Divine, & others.
Proudly offering Life Cultivation Coaching virtually as well as Women’s Circles, workshops, & events to Atlanta, GA for all womxn since 2019.
I am here for you. This is your space.
You are seen. You are heard. You are loved.
Why the X in Womxn In The Pines?
First, I use it to show acceptance & space for all stories of womanhood: all bodies, all orientations, all beliefs, all races, etc. There is not just one story to womanhood. There is space for us all.
Second, I use it to represent the fact that we are each our own. Our identity is not wrapped inside an attachment to a man, our worth is not tied to a man, our purpose is not for a man. We are equal to man & we are our own.
The heart behind the words “woman” or “women” used on this site is the word “womxn”. The traditional spellings are only used for ease of search-ability & legibility.
What is a Women’s Circle?
A Women’s Circle is a safe space for all to gather & connect to their feminine essence, the Divine, & others. A ceremony to stir soul talk, deep wisdom, feminine power, restoration, & rewilding.
At Circle, I guide you through topical questions to stir your soul & empower you to walk fully in your wild & free, natural Self.
We use a talking stick so that each Sister has space to share & we honor the guideline of not sharing each other’s words outside this space.
At Circle, there is silence as our Sisters speak. No judgement, no advice, no feedback. We stand with you, believing that all the answers you need are already within.
We often use nature as metaphor as it so closely correlates to our feminine cyclicality. Nature is a perfect Teacher & we honor her as a Wise Mother.

Johanna Bowen, Creatrix
She/Her
Hi! I’m Johanna. I am a Life Cultivation Coach assisting women to transform their lives by cultivating the inner and outer world to align with the dreams they seek.
I also utilize my giftings within the realm of Women’s Circles, Forest Therapy, Women’s Cycle Guide, & instructing Yoga. I am a lover of nature, people, self-growth, spirituality, and the two best kitties ever! I live in Atlanta, GA - you can find my offerings in Atlanta, all around North GA and Zoom.
I have always been inquisitive. As a child, I would go on and on, asking my mother why this and why that. As I grew, I began to realize social constructs and stopped myself from asking as many questions. I just believed what I was told and walked in that. Until one day, I just couldn’t. I began to ask questions again, began to seek the truth that is within myself instead of outside of me. The questions led to powerful self-realizations and radical change. The questions allowed me to wonder again. The questions inspired me to embrace the beauty of life with all of its changes and uncertainty.
And now, I offer my gift of questions to you.
I am passionate about creating community and empowering folks to embrace their inner voice and their goodness. I have a love for traditions and anything ancient. My heart is to incorporate ancient traditions of red tent gatherings, spiritual practices, and wisdom with modern modalities of self-love, self-care, and self-growth to help guide women to get in touch with their Wild Self & live the life they’ve always wanted to live.
