Join myself & Charis Lacey, Local Foraging Expert, for a light Autumn hike as we forage for wild food, enjoy some nature therapy, sisterhood & outdoor yoga!
Charis will be sharing some Foraging 101 highlights, teaching what foods are growing in the wild during autumn, & how to forage them on your own! I will be leading you in a 1 hr, nature-based yoga practice that will leave you feeling grounded & full of gratitude for Mother Nature! We will be collecting trash as a way to thank Mother Nature & give back to the land on our hike out.
