Time to celebrate the Summer Solstice!

The Summer Solstice is a time full of energy; welcoming the day of the year that has the most light...while also knowing the light will continue to slowly grow dimmer & dimmer until it reaches Winter Solstice's darkness.

The celebration of the Sun is a time to engage in its activity, play, & celebrate! Join us as we celebrate the Sun within + outside of ourself!

Participate in a yin fusion (yin, embodied movement, & maybe even a little bit of flow-ish type movements) with Johanna while creating movement & rest according to the sounds from Andrew.

The evening will end with a time of tea, reflection, & a small sharing Circle. This evening is all about the outward + within...let's take what we gain & share it with others!
