Our rage has been stolen from us. It was ripped from our throats & given to men. Now, society accepts our sadness & rejects our anger. Our rage has been silenced by shame, mockery, & labels. Now, we no longer can access rage easily. Now, we have lost the powerful force of balance that our rage can bring about. Now, we have lost a side of ourselves.
Let us spend an evening focusing in on the power our anger & rage can be. It can be destructive to bring chaos or it can be destructive to bring healing. How do we access our rage? How can we cultivate it & wield its power to better ourselves & the world?
