Immersive Meditative Hike & Yoga in Nature

Immerse yourself in nature!

Enjoy a slow, guided hike with plenty of opportunity to commune with nature (yep...you can hug the trees, pet the moss, & even call out to the birds here!) while letting nature commune back to you. We will take our time, pause, & reflect along the way.

The trail is a moderate 1 mile in and back trail with beautiful, cascading waterfalls! Great for photo ops!

Enjoy yoga + meditation + the best savasana by the water for a truly revitalizing experience!

To end the experience, we will take some time to journal & reflect on this time. Journal prompts are included, if desired.

The experience ends at 2.5 hours, but you can feel free to stay longer & explore more on your own, picnic, or swim!
