Women are warriors. We defend our loved ones, fight for what we believe, nurture, care, heal wounds, create & build. This is our passion, this is our gift to the world.
And yet, sometimes, it can all feel like it is too much. There are times the weight of the world just seems too heavy for us & we can feel incapable of making a difference. And there are times that we push our needs to the last on the list to ensure the needs of others gets taken care of first.
How do we care for a world that is hurting? How do we begin to make an impact when we feel the problem is beyond our capacity to heal? How do we nurture ourselves & make a stand for ourselves as well as make a stand for all we believe in & care for?
Join us for a night of exploring all of this & more. There will be yoga, rituals, guided questions, journaling, soul talk, meditation, & most of all…sisterhood.
This Circle, we will be joining with Megan Freeman of The Earthy Yogi for our yoga portion! Check her out here: https://www.instagram.com/theearthyyogi/
